Past
Originally from Brazil, Marcio started learning guitar at the age of ten, influenced by all the music genres of his native country.
At sixteen he moved to New Jersey, and with time overcame the culture shock and language barrier by embracing music.
He soon found himself in a 60's cover band, followed by one Brazilian band, then another, and finally a Portuguese band. He toured the Northeast playing in Philly, New York City (including the famed CBGB), Connecticut, Massachusetts, and even Florida before actually moving to Florida in 1997

Performing with many musicians from many countries led Marcio to blend these experiences into a one man show.
He now performs regularly at South Florida venues such as:
The Pillars Hotel, Lauderdale Yacht Club, Coral Ridge Country Club, Mizner Country Club, Key Biscayne Yacht Club, Coral Ridge Yacht Club and others.
His eclectic repertoire ranges from his Brazilian roots to American Jazz, Motown, Pop, Rock, Country, Blues, Reggae and Standards, melded with acoustic guitar instrumentals, electric guitar solos, and sung songs.
His audience members return week after week and describe his performances as "Feel Good Music", the perfect background to an enjoyable evening of dinner or cocktails with friends.
